purple leather flower hat. This unique all leather hat was inspired by a children's cartoon, "Toad Patrol". It is constructed of wire foundation, with purple and blue pigskin leather petals and green pistils. The hat looks like an upside down tulip flower. This is not the actual hat; your hat will be fashioned just like this, with your specific size and colors. Flower Perch Hat. This flower perch is constructed of four 5 inch brown/yellow leather petals with a hand felted alpaca pistil. The flower stem is a hand sculpted copper wire and copper mesh construction which can be formed to the head. There are two combs that secure to the hair. leather Perch Hat. This all leather fascinator is made of green pig skin leather wrapped wire. Each extension can be formed to your liking. Two combs are attached to the leather stem to secure to the hair. Wool Felt Fascinator Hat. This perch is made from one of my hand sculpted ceramic blocks. The unique leather wrapped wire embellishment and deep purple dried flowers adorn the crown. The hat is finished with .5 inch leather trim. Two combs are sewn to the trim to attach to hair. This is not the actual hat, your hat will be fashioned as this one, with your choice of colors. Leather Leaves and Stem Hat. Hand sculpted green leather leaves and purple stem with brass wire mesh appliqués. The stem foundation is wire, allowing to be formed into your desired shape. Two 3 inch combs attach to the hair. Wool Felt Perch hat. I first start with a 100% Black Wool Felt hat body and stretch over one of my hand built ceramic blocks. The most unique feature to this hat is one of my trademark leather flower arrangement with a felted stem. This 9 inch multi-color pigskin leather flower has an overwhelming presence on this hat. Each petal is 4 inches long and can be formed into a variety of shapes; when the flower is closed it is black. The petals open to an array of colors. The muted purple 4 inch felted stem is comprised of 100% Alpaca roving Wool. I use a very sharp barbed felting nettle to give the stem sculptural form. This is a very sculptural piece. The crown is embellished with 2mm black leather cord. Wool Felt Perch with Leather Petals. Black Wool Felt hat body and stretch over one of my wooden blocks. This hat is a perch hat; a 3.5 inch hat comb is sewn into the crown to secure to the hair. The most unique features to this hat is one of my trademark leather flower arrangements. This 13 inch multi-color pigskin leather flower has an overwhelming presence on this hat. The 9 inch stem is wrapped around the base of the hat. This is a very sculptural piece. The crown is embellished with 2, 2mm black leather cord. leather flower fascinator hat. This bouquet of White leather/suede petals and black leather pistils will surely turn a head or two at church, wedding or the races. There are three individual flowers, each in varying sizes. The largest flower (4 inch petals) has three pistils, the next size flower (3.5 inch petals) has two pistils, and the smallest flower (3 inch petals), has one pistil. Each pistil is approximately 4 inches of black formed leather. Each flower is joined together with a wire formed, black suede covered stem system, which will form to the shape of your head.
